The Vibe Band believe in the power of music to effect positive change in the world. By presenting the light upon our shared precarious ethos, we hope to play our role in a growing shift to positivity.

The Vibe Band is a 5 piece Original Organic Progressive World Folk blend of Acoustic Guitar, Bass, Percussion (including Hand-pan, Flutes & Didgeridoo), Piano, Viola, Cello, Accordion and Hammer Dulcimer, along with a Harmonious blend of Melodic Vocals awash in a Positive Vibration.

Our music, often described as “disparate in a sea of conformity” is why we call ourselves The Vibe Band. A description given to us by a group of seasoned listeners one evening, at a tucked away capacity filled venue in the early throws of 2024.

The Vibe Band members are versed and/or active in Theatre, Music Teaching, Indigenous and Global Native Instruments, bridging the ancient to the present. We are active throughout southern Ontario.
