Boxcar Ben is a Hamilton, Ontario-based one-man blues-rock band. His moody guitar work and a raspy melodic voice weave together dynamic elements of classic rock and heavy blues influences.
Ben discovered himself investigating every available technique for coping and self-healing during the pandemic lockdowns. His daily routine of exercise and meditation led him on a wellness journey that unlocked previously closed off parts of himself. again painting and drawing Ben discovered himself falling in love with the process of producing visual art once more, and with Ruby’s support, Ben decided to share his art once more. Ben has become wholly assimilated into his musical world, and his artwork is starting to gain recognition on par with his songwriting.
